Noted for density and excellent late-season color.	Slower growing, very dark green, very dense and finer bladed. Selected from Rutgers University. Excellent disease resistance. Excellent for sod.	Good patch resistance and summer density. Notable performance in the South East and South West.	Noted for great performance in these areas: dense shade traffic stress, roadside, fall density, winter color, and more.
