Under most situations, this special formula will rely heavily on the excellent tall fescue components, including our Titan fescues. This formula will be able to access water and nutrients at a deep level and be able to take the pressures of sun, shade, and heat, while still looking great.

The Kentucky bluegrass component adds additional rhizome activity to provide a quicker recovery under athletic field applications or other wear situations. Additionally, sod producers will appreciate increased tensile strength.

This blend is specially formulated to include the latest Titan tall fescue genetics, and combined with only approved varieties, specifically selected to enhance and compliment the performance of the Titan fescues. These varieties include our popular Hudson, Rendition, Rendition Rx, and Kittyhawk SST. Additionally, T.L.C. Plus! Tall Fescue-Bluegrass Mixture includes one or more Kentucky Bluegrasses. Each formula is designed for specific applications. In selected regions, this includes heat-tolerant Kentucky Bluegrasses, like Thermal Blue.
